At Ellen Memorial Health Care & Rehabilitation Center, our secured memory care unit specializes in the care of residents with Alzheimer’s Dementia and other thought process disorders. This unit allows residents their freedom and independence in a safe environment. The goal of the dedicated unit is to provide an environment that meets each individual’s social, mental, and physical needs, while maintaining his/her independence and quality of life.

We strive to provide consistent nursing and activities staff personnel, to facilitate a supportive and nurturing environment on the unit. A secured outdoor courtyard is also available for resident use. We know that memory loss affects every resident differently, therefore we focus on understanding each individuals’ unique needs in providing care.
