Since 1976, we have been providing short and long term care to individuals in Northeastern Pennsylvania in the following service areas:

Rehabilitation Services:

• Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, with experienced exceptional professionals dedicated to serving our residents individual needs
• 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care
• Alzheimer’s Dementia/Memory Care Unit
• Hospice Care
• Respite Care

Our visitation process has been changed due to COVID-19:

• You must make an appointment to schedule a visit
• All visits are on the side outdoor patio
• Visitors are not permitted in the building
• Only two visitors at a time are permitted
• All visitors must wear a mask
• All visitors must pass our health screening (temperature check and questionnaire)
• Visitors will remain at a socially safe distance from the resident
